How to Play
- 1) Look at all the fun objects that appear. 👀
- 2) Tap each one as you count out loud: “one, two, three…” 🗣️
- 3) Watch each tapped object slide into the “Counted so far” tray. Keep going until they’re all counted! 🎉
What you’re learning
- Counting 1–10 with steady rhythm
- One-to-one counting (one tap = one number)
- Tracking what’s counted vs. not yet
- Number words and listening skills
Try these tips
- Count together slowly at first.
- Point with a finger while saying each number.
- If you lose track, peek at the tray and start from the next number.
Make it trickier
- Guess the total before tapping, then check.
- Count by whispering the number word and saying the last number loudly.
- When done, say: “There are ___ objects because I tapped each one once.”
Tip for grown-ups: The moving tray builds “cardinality”—the idea that the last number said is the total. If the screen feels busy, reload for a fresh set of objects.
